1. What we keep

We keep the account details you give us, such as your name, username, phone number, and email. We also keep order and delivery details, the wallet activity needed to complete a payment, and the session that keeps you logged in.

2. Why we keep it

We use it to run your account, show the mall, complete orders, pay merchants, prevent misuse, and reply when you write to us.

3. Who can see it

Centuryzen staff who operate the mall can see it. The merchant who must fulfil your order sees the details needed for that order. A payment or delivery partner sees only what is needed to complete that order. We do not sell your personal data.

4. How long

We keep account and order records while the account is active, and for as long as we need them for support, disputes, and our own records.

5. Your request

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to close an unused account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we change anything.

6. Session

The mall uses a session cookie so you stay logged in and so the cart can remember your items.
