1. The mall

Centuryzen Mall is an online marketplace for shoppers and merchants in Malaysia. By browsing, registering, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You may browse as a guest. A Shopper or Merchant account is required to buy with a wallet, to sell, or to use member features. Keep your login to yourself. We may suspend an account that is misused, that lists prohibited goods, or that interferes with another shop.

3. Products and prices

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. The merchant sets the product, the stock, and the description. The mall shows what has been listed. A product can be removed when it is no longer for sale.

4. Orders and payment

An order is placed from the cart and checkout. Payment may be made with Centuryzen Wallet or with a payment method shown at checkout. A merchant cannot buy from their own shop.

5. Delivery

Delivery follows the option shown on the product or at checkout. That may be postage, pickup, or rider delivery where the service is offered. Postage is free only when the product says so.

6. Returns

Use the return steps on your order. Write to [email protected] if an item arrives damaged, is not what was listed, or cannot be completed.

7. Wallet

Available, Mall, and Reentry balances are for use inside Centuryzen. They are not a bank deposit. Transfers and withdrawals follow the rules shown in the member wallet.

8. Updates

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Using the mall after an update means you accept the updated terms.
