1. Open the order

Log in and open My Orders. Note the order you want to ask about.

2. What to write

Email [email protected] with your username, the order, and what is wrong. This includes an item that arrived damaged, an item that is not what was listed, or an order that cannot be completed.

3. What happens next

We check the order with the merchant and reply to your email.
